Refund policy

Zeven Outfits does not issue refunds back to the original method of payment.

We offer exchanges within 14 days after delivery.
To request an exchange, the customer must send us a clear photo of the product with the original tag attached and confirm that the item has not been worn.

Customers may exchange:

For the same item in a different size (based on availability), or

For a different item of their choice.

If the new item selected is:

Higher in price: the customer will receive a store credit (after we receive the returned item in good condition) and can use that credit to complete the purchase of the more expensive item.

Lower in price: the difference will be issued as a store credit code.

If the requested size is not available for a same-item exchange, a store credit will also be issued for future use.

Store credits are sent by email after we receive the returned item in good condition.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing the original tag, or not in acceptable resalable condition — the item will be returned back to the same shipping address and no credit will be issued.

Order changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is confirmed by the Zeven Outfits team. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot modify or cancel it.
