STORE POLICY – ZEVEN OUTFITS

Zeven Outfits does not issue refunds back to the original method of payment.

We offer exchanges within 14 days after delivery.
To request an exchange, the customer must send us a clear photo of the product with the original tag attached and confirm that the item has not been worn.

Customers may exchange:

For the same item in a different size (based on availability), or

For a different item of their choice.

If the new item selected is:

Higher in price: the customer will receive a store credit after we receive the returned item in good condition and can use that credit to complete the purchase of the more expensive item.

Lower in price: the difference will be issued as a store credit code.

Store credits are sent by email after we receive the returned item in good condition.
If the returned item is used, damaged, missing the original tag, or not in acceptable resalable condition — the item will be shipped back to the same address and no credit will be issued.

In-store promotions or discounts apply exclusively to purchases made physically inside our retail store.
Online promotions or discounts apply exclusively to purchases made through our website.
Store discounts cannot be applied to online orders, and online discounts cannot be applied to in-store purchases.

Order changes or cancellations can only be made before the order is confirmed by the Zeven Outfits team. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot modify or cancel it.

In-store discounts do not apply to online orders, and online discounts do not apply to in-store purchases.

Once an order is confirmed by Zeven Outfits, it is processed for fulfillment and cannot be modified or cancelled. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Zeven Outfits is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or by carrier delays or weather conditions.

Zeven Outfits reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to suspicion of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity. In such case, the customer will be notified via email.

All intellectual property on this website — including brand logos, product photos, designs, product descriptions, and marketing content — is owned by Zeven Outfits and may not be copied, used, or reproduced without written authorization.

DISCLAIMER – ZEVEN OUTFITS

All products sold by Zeven Outfits are intended solely for personal use. Zeven Outfits is not responsible for any damages, alterations, discoloration, shrinking, or wear that occurs after the item has been used, worn, washed, exposed to chemicals, or handled outside of the brand’s control.

Fabric variations, textures, shades, or minor irregularities that occur naturally in production or dye processes are not considered defects. Colors may also appear slightly different due to screen calibration or lighting, and do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

Zeven Outfits shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from improper use, misuse, unauthorized modifications, alterations, or personal handling of any purchased item.

The customer assumes full responsibility for the care, maintenance, and usage of the item after purchase, as recommended by general garment care standards.

By purchasing from Zeven Outfits — either online or in-store — the customer agrees to all Policies, Terms & Conditions, and this Disclaimer.
